5 Artists to check out at Together’s Closing Party, Ibiza

This September, VIVA are jetting out to Ibiza for the Together Summer closing party.

Every Tuesday for the last 15 weeks heavy basslines and iconic beats have been making their mark under the roof of Amnesia, Ibiza in both their main room & terrace. Last years Together was undoubtedly successful and this year has been even better, with the most sought DJ’s from around the world to combine their iconic blend of musical styles. With names like Hannah Wants, MK, Claptone and Chase & Status completely taking over the venue until September, we’ve devised a list of the DJ’s at the closing party that you really aren’t going to want to miss.

Chase & Status

Infamous duo Chase & Status formed in 2003 at the University of Manchester and their music along side with their performance are a flawless representation of the UK urban scene.

Our favourite track: Blind Faith

Hector Couto

Couto’s blend of Chicago house and old-school techno are not to be missed at this years Together closing party and you can check out our interview with him HERE where he told us all about his love for Ibiza and his excitement for the closing party.

Sub Focus

Nick Douwma, better known as Sub Focus is arguably one of the most interesting and influential DJ’s on the British electronic music scene today. He has been in the background of tracks for names like Chase & Status, Example as well as remixing huge names like Dizzie Rascal and The Prodigy.

Our favourite track: Lingua

MK

Marc Kinchen is definitely a favourite in the dance music scene. With number ones since 1994, he is the daddy of the electronic scene with his seamless transitions between techno, house to R&B, not to mention his discography includes over 500 titles.

Our favourite track: Electricity

Disciples

London based production tri Disciples have taken the music scene by storm in the last 4 years. After being acknowledged by the king that is Pete Tong, for their track Catwalk and being picked by Radio 1 for track of the for their banger, They Don’t Know, their success seems to be never ending.
