Let’s be honest, dieting isn’t a fun word. Nor is gym or exercise. However, to get that summer bod, sometimes sacrifices have to be made.
Here at VIVA, we know the struggle. In fact, most of us right there with you struggling as we speak. Therefore, we have scoured the stores and found some of the best (and tastiest) healthy snacks on the market.

VIVA Verdict: Packed full of flavour we love these black-eyed puffs! They are basically posh wotsits. The cheese flavoured were a firm favourite.
Propercorn
Microwave popcorn is back, along with all that amazing nostalgia that used to be such a staple of nights in! Propercorn is the only palm oil free microwave popcorn on the market, with all three flavours coming in under 100 calories per serving.
VIVA Verdict: Microwave popcorn is always a winner with us. Fabulously guilt-free and at under 100 calories a tasty sofa snack!
Squirrel Sister Share Bags
Vegan, gluten-free, raw and no added sugar. We only use whole dates to bind and sweeten our products, which means we’ve been certified by Sugarwise because we don’t add any sugar alternatives.
VIVA Verdict: Naturally sweet, these bags certainly fill that sweet void, the perfect alternative to that naughty bag of haribo that packs on the pounds.
Aduna Superfood Energy Bars
100% natural and contain no added sugar, preservatives, additives, gluten- or dairy-ingredients. Packed with nutrients and bursting with flavour, they are the perfect choice for on-the-go nutrition that will keep you energised and satiated.
VIVA Verdict: These are great pre-gym energy snacks. Delicious, flavoursome and we think perfect for a mid-morning snack.
Boundless Activated Nuts
These yummy activated nuts and seeds are vegan-friendly. VIVA Verdict: Delicious, rich and dark. We LOVE this chocolate! Packed full of goodness and with no bitter aftertaste that is so common with dark chocolate this is by far our favourite chocolatey snack.
