Las Vegas is one of those destinations that if you’ve never been, you want to go, and if you have visited, you want to go back. The city has always exuded glamour, style, fun, excitement and opulence. It has been, and continues to be, a source of inspiration for anything from films like The Hangover and Casino to a mobile casino game, Vegas Vegas, at mFortune. It’s glitz and glamour central on the famous Las Vegas Strip, but there’s more to Sin City that meets the eye, and this is one of the reasons it’s so popular, especially with tourists. With so much to see and do, what should you not be missing out on when you visit the area?

Casinos

When you mention Las Vegas to someone, one of the first things they will talk about are the array of great casinos there. From Caesars Palace to the Bellagio, if you love your slots and table games, the casinos of Las Vegas are not to be missed. They’re arguably the biggest draw for most tourists, and while they entertain themselves doing other things in the area, they’ll still be able to enjoy mobile casino action on their smartphones.

Hotels

Now, when you visit Vegas, you want to experience true luxury and that’s precisely what you’ll get with the hotels in the area. What’s even better is that the hotels are often attached to the casinos too, with places such as The Venetian and Wynn Las Vegas offering guests some of the finest hotel stays on the planet. It’s ideal for those looking to enjoy a gaming holiday, plus there is the added bonus of several live shows and acts to enjoy as well.

Places To Eat

Every iconic destination needs iconic food and people are in for a big treat in Vegas. It’s an area that has a vast array of different types of eatery’s on offer, from fine dining establishments to those which offer local cuisines. You won’t go wrong at the Joel Robuchon Restaurant, Bazaar Meat by José Andrés and Raku if you’re looking for the former. While the Egg & I, Mr. Mamas and Carson Kitchen serve up some of the latter. The only problem you’ll have is that there are so many restaurants to choose from.

Things To Do

There’s more to Las Vegas than just visiting the casinos and restaurants, a lot more. One of the first things everyone visiting Vegas for the first time should do is have a picture by the famous Welcome to Vegas sign. Other great things to see and do are to check out one the brilliant Cirque Du Soleil shows, explore The Strip in all its glory, wandering MGM’s The Park, race a supercar around the track at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway and to watch the Bellagio Fountains.

There really is so much to see and do that you’ll probably have to come back a few times to even experience a small percentage of what’s on offer in one of the world’s most famous destinations. When it comes to the best of what Vegas has to offer, it’s probably the raft of options available to visitors.
