Breakfast Pizza anyone? Enzo’s is the best thing since sliced bread

Suicide Tuesday, or as it’s known going back to work after the Easter break, suddenly became so much more bearable after we popped into Enzo the new eatery that’s made its mark in Nantwich and is now homing in on our city centre.

It specialises in pizza and coffee, probably the best things ever and it does a very good job with both in the vibrantly coloured cafe/bar just behind Primarni in Fountain Street.

It has its own Enzo coffee blend which was quite simply perfect for me in its rich, choclatey hues, made for savouring or slurping and with all the cafe varieties you want from long blacks to flat whites and can’t move your spoon frothy.

Enzo is all about taking the time to enjoy good, home made food with a team of people who are passionate about the food they serve, and where guests come first., they told us.

My favourite was the breakfast pizza but then I’m a sucker for any pizza with a running egg yolk plonked on top. Wonderful, goey, runnie and perfect for the slightly (or very) rough. You can imagine this as the ideal brunch if washed down with a bloody Mary or two,

Other piazza’s on the menu include the signature Enzo Royale which was a beautiful bolognese sauce with pepperoni, red onion and chillies – yum.

A vegan pizza also hit the spot as did the veggie feast, both tasty alternatives for the meat free lovers.

Prices are super reasonable from under a tenner and there’s pasta as well as coffee and cake.

All in all,a wonderful addition to city centre cafe society.
