Bruno Langley Launches EP “Jump” At Suburbia

Last night, actor, Bruno Langley stepped away from the TV screen and wowed us with his undeniable talent in song writing and singing.

Bruno performed his new music to a packed crowed at Manchester’s Suburbia bar in the centre of Manchester with some familiar faces joining him in celebrating the launch. Bruno is influenced by a wide variety of music genres ranging from Buddy Holly, The Killers to Amy Winehouse and with the musical backing of his own family, Bruno wrote and co-produced his four track EP “Jump.”

The EP features four melodic pop songs: Jump, Believe, Comeback and The Greatest Thing which is about his son, Freddie. The single “Jump” was recently shot at the plush Lowry Hotel and Artisan restaurant in the city centre.

Bruno’s sister Rosie started off the nights musical entertainment surrounded by VIP guests from Coronation Street – Mikey North (Gary Windass) , Ollie Farnsworth (Andy Carver) , Sair Khan (Alya Nazir), Daniel Brocklebank (Billy Mayhew) and Dean Fagan (Luke Britton). Following Bruno’s performance, Dean also played a 2 hour funk and soul DJ set which ended the night on a high note.

Bruno said that “I loved performing the songs I wrote and just want to say a big thank you to all my family and friends for coming down and supporting me, it really does mean a lot.

“Special thanks to my all band members, to Mark Lewis who has produced the EP, to my sister Rosie for her brilliant performance and to Dean for his great DJ set after the gig.

Bruno also enlisted renowned executive producer Mike Bennett for Jump. Mike , 50 has worked with some of the biggest names in music including: Ian Brown, William Orbit, The Specials, The Fall and The Stranglers.

Mike said: “Not only is Bruno Langley a versatile musician, his velvet vocal textures are a delight, and his musical style transcends the genres. He is a consummate song writer with a vocal talent to match”
