Glamourous Cheshire WAGS and their footballer husbands flocked to support Chantelle Heskey in her new venture as a party organiser this weekend.

The 33-year-old wife of former Liverpool and Bolton footballer Emile brought 90s RnB legend Horace Brown to Manchester for an intimate gig at the Oxford Club.

Footballers Stephen Ireland, Vincent Kompany and Emile Heskey were among revellers at the event along with WAGS Leanne Brown, Carla Company and Jessica Ireland and Chantelle’s model sister Rikaya.

Horace is celebrating the 20 year anniversary of his self titled album Horace Brown which was released in 1996 and plans to release a book Horace Brown – The Life Of A RnB Singer this year.

He sent the crowd wild with hits like ‘One For The Money’ and serenaded the ladies with ‘The Things We Do For Love.’

Horace said: “I love Manchester. I’ve been here many times. It’s a great city and the people are nice, I wish I could stay more.

“The crowd were so good – they sang all the songs for me!

“I’ve always loved performing and maintained a certain number of shows every year so people can see I’m still singing.

“This tour is special because it’s 20 years since I released an album and people are still singing my songs so that makes me feel great.”

It was Jessica and Stoke City footballers Stephen’s first night out since they tied the knot back in June too.

Jessica said: “Chantelle is a great friend of mine and I wanted to support her – it’s been a brilliant night and she’s done so well.”

Chantelle set up Pink Tiger Events with friend and party planner James Golden and they plan to hold regular RnB nights at the end of each month.

She said: “I’ve always loved RnB, Old School and Motown so when I found out about Horace coming over to the UK I just thought it would be amazing to do a live show with him.

“It was a brilliant night and I want to say thank you to everyone who has supported us.”

James added: “People see the parties on Real Housewives of Cheshire and we wanted to create something like that outside of the show that people could come along and enjoy.”

The next event will see singer songwriter Tweet aka Charlene Keys perform at Surburbia on September 24. For more details follow Pink Tiger Events on Facebook or on Twitter and Instagram @pinktigerevents
