Fizz Club expands to Manchester city centre and Didsbury with champagne in March

Debbie Manley | 22nd February 2018

Manchester’s Fizz Club is expanding into the city centre and Didsbury with bijou tasting events – including Champagne, Cava, Prosecco and English sparkling wine.

Most events involve meeting the actual producer or supplier, which gives the club an exclusive feel, without being stuffy.  Their club nights involve food from restaurants and bars such as Danilo’s in Hale, El Gato Negro and Randall and Aubin in Manchester, Bistro Pierre in Altrincham and The George Charles on Burton Road, West Didsbury.

Forthcoming events include visits from Codorniu, one of the great Cava producers in Spain, Just Perfect Wines (a specialist Prosecco and Italian sparkling wine importer) and Esprit de Champagne.

The latter wowed The Fizz Festival visitors (last November) as the team scooped Best Champagne award at the Festivals in Cheshire and Yorkshire.
