“A Fusion of Nu-wave Interactive Desserts and Drinks” – Black Milk Bolton

Holly Harris | 10th April 2018

Black Milk, Bolton

I’m sure by now everyone and their dog has heard of the Northern Quarter’s iconic cafe, Black Milk.

The cafe has exploded over social media and is now opening a second franchise in Bolton.

Images of the cafe’s impressively stacked freak shakes and eccentric chocolate desserts can be found all over Instagram. It has quickly become one of the most ‘instagrammable’ spots in Manchester.

The specially designed, iconic palm wallpaper, botanical theme and aesthetic exclusive to Black Milk, features in the new cafe, whilst still keeping true to the Victorian themes of the building.

Alongside Black Milk’s famous irresistible High Rise Shake, there will be a new menu that will expand on the already diverse and specialised choices available, including a new line of cakes and desserts; sure to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Be sure to try a homemade fudge brownie – they are AMAZING!

Black Milk Bolton leaves no feature overlooked; from the atmosphere, to the eccentric bakes, right down to the curated music playlists.

Oliver Lloyd Taylor, Black Milk’s Founder, describes the new store as:

“a fusion of nu-wave interactive desserts and drinks that allow customers to fully submerge themselves into an exciting atmosphere and experience.”

Bolton had several fundamental reasons for landing the first Black Milk franchise, even after only two years of the original cafe opening.

Firstly, it was proposed by a regular customer of the Manchester site who also shared the same vision of quality and development.

Secondly, it’s the hometown and place of education for two of Black Milk’s senior team, adding a higher intrinsic purpose.

Oliver added:

“the opening of Black Milk Bolton is a reflection of exciting things to come
from us. We are committed to continuing to innovate and delight our customers
with what they want – quality styled food & drink alongside a submersible and fun
atmosphere that can be shared through social media platforms.”

If you’re a lover of all things sweet, cakes, waffles, brownies, sundaes, cereal and chocolate then Black Milk Bolton is the place to be! Head on down and show them some support.
