Glass Caves take on their biggest Manchester headline show to date

Glass Caves are set to headline Manchester’s Academy 2 this Saturday as part of their Trilogy Tour.

The West Yorkshire four-piece are no strangers to performing after many years of busking on the streets of the UK, but this Saturday they’ll be swapping the streets for stage lights.

Their latest single “Common Tounge” screams Glass Caves with it’s infectious beat and incredibly catchy chorus. It’s a track to get everyone and anyone dancing.

The single follows the release of their other hit songs such as Do You Have A Name and Taipei Nights which all have the same athematic charm.

Supporting Glass Caves will be Manchester’s five-piece indie rock band, Freeda. With the latest release of their single “Plead” under their belts, the band will be certain to draw a large crowd at the gig. Plead showcases the band’s talent for providing a strong catchy chorus mixed with toe tapping riffs.

Alongside Freeda, the Stockport based band Kashmere, will also join the line-up. Kashmere encapsulate an electronic indie-pop sound mixed with an electrifying stage presence. With an extensive catalogue of singles their shimmering synth driven tracks will transport the audience into a warped reality. Coming off the back of their own headline tour, they’ll be sure to get the crowd warmed up.

Tickets for the mammoth show are still available here.
