Shaking up the status quo of commercial and habitual music scene, are Manchester four piece, Gold Jacks. And sending ripples through established formats and jazzing up the traditional music available is the rock band’s new single ‘Take It Back’ which came out yesterday.

Following their indie tracks ‘One Kinda Woman’ and ‘Neon Soul’, the alternative group weave lead singer’s Stewart Burns’ passionate vocals with groovy and infectious strumming from guitarist Liam Dunning and bassist Tom Smith with their new single. James Gaskell completes band and his drumming adds zest to their unique sound. ‘Take It Back’ is mellow in style, with skilled intentional pauses but emulates fresh guitar-driven rock in it’s best form.

Gold Jacks are celebrating the release of ‘Take It Back’ in style with a launch party on August 8th at Manchester’s very own quality music venue, Deaf Institute. Click here for tickets.
