Marc Jacobs has launched a NEW MATTE HIGHLINER GEL CRAYON Collection.

I’ve always been a fan of Marc Jacobs but I could never bring myself to spend £20 on an eyeliner that I’d never tried before, so when I saw this in my press pack I was ecstatic.

The new Matte HIGHLINER is really easy to use. Simply twist the bottom to retrieve the pencil then gently apply, be careful though- the smooth crayon is pretty fragile so try your best not to be heavy handed!

I’m really impatient with makeup and like to just slap something on my face and head out of the door-  try gliding the liner along the lid or underneath of your eyes, even in your waterline. It takes about two minutes max and if you mess up it rubs off right away!

My favourite thing to do with it at the moment is smudging. I simply apply the crayon to my eyelid like an eyeliner and use my index finger to gently smudge it, creating a simple but effective smokey eye look. The crayon is 100% glitter free and intensified by super-rich pigment which lasts all day!

Another great thing about this product is that it’s water proof and long-lasting It doesn’t budge after 10 minutes.
