The kitchen really is the focal point of the living area, with it’s uber modern glossy cream units, high spec energy efficient integrated kitchen appliances, plus a skylight offering even more natural light in. And, there’s a handy breakfast bar on one side of the kitchen island, as well as a dining area with a table and chairs.

The lodges come in both 2 or three bedrooms, each two-bedroom lodge boasts two double rooms, and you’ll find a further twin bedroom in the 3 bedroom lodges. All of the bedrooms have a very relaxed feel, and also off the master bedroom is an en-suite shower room equipped with a monsoon walk-in shower and lots of storage space. Each lodge boasts a large double drive way, perfect for when family and friends want to come and visit, set on beautifully landscaped gardens.

Lodges at Tarka Holt start from £196,300 and go up to £270,000. New owners need to pay a deposit of 30% of the lodge value upfront. Finance options are then available. After that, site fees are from £6,662 per year for 2017 which covers security on the park, park maintenance, landscaping, refuse collection, grass cutting, use of the parks great facilities and activities and annual reinvestment.
