The Big Matt Burger Is Back At Hawksmoor

For those of you who missed out on trying this burger sensation then do not fear…the Big Matt burger is back on the menu! Originally created for their 4th of July party, the Big Matt burger was so damn delicious that Hawksmoor has brought this bad boy back for all of us to try.

The burger can be purchased on its own for £13 or as a meal for £20. The meal price may sound a little steep, however, that includes beef dripping fries (which are to die for!) and a shaky Pete’s ginger brew, which is a combination of ginger beer, Beefeater and Lemon, plus it looks just like a butter beer so if you’re a Harry Potter fan you will love this drink!

I went to go try this burger and I can honestly say as a huge burger fan, this is the best one I have ever tasted! It is so succulent and packed with flavour that it just makes you feel like you are somewhere else completely.

The beef juices and melted cheese ooze into your mouth as you take a bite, then the onions and pickles give you that sweet and tangy flavour that makes you want more and more. Then when you go for a bite of the beef dripping fries your mind is blown, because these are not just fries, these are fries that taste like a good slice of beef!

If this isn’t already enough, you then get a huge drink to wash it all down with. but again, this is not an ordinary drink, this drink is both fiery and sweet at the same time and even though I have never felt more manly holding a huge stein of ale whilst munching on a colossal burger, I could not have dreamed of a better meal moment.

So if all that isn’t enough to make your mouth water, then you must head over to Hawksmoor in Deansgate and go try it yourself!
