UP Manchester officially launched yesterday at Old Granada Studios with Nick Mitchell, Owner, Cath Tyldesley, Coronation Street and Gemma Atkinson, Emmerdale cutting the ribbon in the latest of a number of UP Gyms worldwide including London, Hong Kong, Marbella and Dubai.

Other celebrities in attendance included Lorna Bancroft from Heart FM, Lucy-Jo Hudson, actress, Katie McGlynn and Tisha Merry, Coronation Street, model Charlotte Dawson, X Factor contestant Josh Daniels (the one who made the whole team cry) and Leonna Mayor, ex-jockey, eventer and model and our Editor VIVA Ems was on the decks spinning some tunes!

With a healthy lunchtime offering, juices and smoothies guests had the opportunity to look around the state of the art gym, try out the equipment with Personal Trainers on hand to talk them through the way they work at UP. Organised by Vital Management it was a fantastic launch for UP who are with no doubt already making a big splash in the world of personal training in Manchester!
