WHP has one last dance at Store Street

Manchester’s Warehouse Project has decided to say it’s last goodbye’s to Store Street

The venue that has packed in more memories than most others in the North West will finish on New Years Day with a bang. Sam Kandel and Sacha Lord, Co Founders of WHP, shared the decision to leave Store Street, saying “With Manchester in constant evolution and the zone around Store Street undergoing an incredible transformation, our time here is drawing to a natural conclusion.”

So in true Warehouse style, what better way to start the year with an unreal lineup, in one of the most iconic venues?

“FOR TWELVE WEEKS THIS CITY IS OURS”

The curtain will come down on WHP’s spiritual home. More than 25 nights were organised in the host of WHP’s annual appearance, from funky disco house nights to twisty bass, each weekend has brought something new for our City.

New Years Day will see the distinct house and techno sounds with acts such as Bicep, The Black Madonna, Hunee B2B Daphni, Objekt and more. These acts will be the run-up for the penultimate night of an amazing 12 weeks that have been hosted by the whole team, phenomenal acts and electric atmosphere’s week after week.

Bicep, plus many other memorable acts have been huge focal points of this years’ WHP. From their host event at Mayfield Depot to their upcoming anticipated event for AVA x WHP along with Sven Vath. It would only seem right or them to return to Manchester on a high and end this year the right way.

Will you be joining them for one final dance under the streets of Manchester in celebration of what’s been
and still to come?
