Aer Lingus is making waves this summer with an exciting expansion of its transatlantic network by introducing new routes to Las Vegas and Denver and returns to Minneapolis-St. Paul.
It’s also reintroducing significant savings for flights from Manchester with its summer sale.
Whether you are a culture vulture, seeking vibrant entertainment or after a bit of winter sun and thrilling sports, Aer Lingus’ latest new routes and offerings provide plenty of opportunities for travel, leisure and adventure.
Starting 25th October 2024, Aer Lingus will commence direct flights from Dublin to Las Vegas, the Sports and Entertainment Capital of the World. With flights priced from £569 return, travellers can enjoy the winter sun, dazzling shows, electrifying concerts, and world-famous attractions such as the Grand Canyon.
The flights will operate thrice weekly—on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays—up until 29th April 2025, ensuring travellers can take advantage of the Easter break.
UK passengers can conveniently connect via Dublin from Manchester, London, Edinburgh, and Glasgow, benefiting from seamless connections and US Immigration pre-clearance.
And, believe me, as a frequent traveller this is a HUGE benefit if you don’t have an onward connection in America because you will arrive in the USA as a domestic passenger – just like we did in Europe back in the days – meaning that you can clear immigration to enter the USA at Dublin and without the queues.
Aer Lingus has also launched a new direct route from Dublin to Denver, Colorado, marking a milestone in its North American expansion.
The inaugural flight took off on 20th May 2024, with fares starting at £379 one-way. Known as the ‘Mile High City,’ Denver offers a blend of urban sophistication and natural beauty, perfect for leisure travel and outdoor enthusiasts.
The city boasts vibrant nightlife, cultural attractions, and the stunning backdrop of the Rocky Mountains. With four weekly flights, UK passengers can enjoy convenient connections from London Heathrow, Manchester, Edinburgh, Bristol, and Liverpool.
On 29th April 2024, Aer Lingus reinstated its non-stop service between Dublin and Minneapolis-St. Paul, resuming flights paused since March 2020 due to the pandemic. With fares starting at £279 one-way, the route offers four weekly flights and seamless connections to 15 destinations in Mainland Britain, including London and Manchester.
The Twin Cities, known for their dynamic business environment and rich cultural scene, are a significant destination for both business and leisure passengers. The restored route also highlights Aer Lingus’ commitment to offering seamless connections between North America and Europe.
Aer Lingus is also offering substantial savings on its transatlantic routes from Manchester. Until 10th June 2024, customers can book return fares in Economy Class from as low as £379 to New York, £419 to Orlando, and £379 to Barbados for travel between 1st November 2024 and 31st March 2025.
These limited-time savings provide an excellent opportunity for travellers to explore iconic destinations and enjoy Aer Lingus’ renowned service, which includes delicious in-flight dining, complimentary entertainment, and the comfort of wide-bodied Airbus A330 cabins.

Passengers on Aer Lingus’ long-haul flights can look forward to enhanced in-flight experiences, including newly improved Wi-Fi connectivity and an expanded entertainment library.
Business Class travellers can enjoy a new menu inspired by the best of Irish cuisine, featuring seasonal and sustainably sourced local produce. Dishes such as thyme and parsley chicken supreme and citrus-marinated salmon highlight the airline’s commitment to providing a hearty and enjoyable dining experience.
With these new routes and attractive savings, Aer Lingus continues to expand its presence in North America, offering travellers from the UK and Europe more options and greater convenience for their transatlantic journeys.
