Autumn Style, Fashion Brands, Beauty, THE RED CARPET LOOK and Exciting News From CORRIE! Tina O’Brien Reports…

Autumn Style: My style has definitely changed since I have my children and I am inclined to wear more relaxed outfits. For the autumn/winter season I go for lots of layers or chunky cardigans and a nice T-shirt, paired with some skinny jeans. Another favourite look for the cold weather is the combination of shorts and tights with a pair of knee-high boots.

Favourite brands: I usually go to TOPSHOP, as they have so much choice, everything you would possibly want. I like to accessorise my looks with a nice Michael Kors bag and watch. However, I believe my character has more stylish clothes than I do and it sometimes makes me think I should experiment with fashion a bit more.

Beauty: I have several favourite skincare products at the moment, such as the Nivea face cream. I am also hooked on Arbonne Cosmetics. I love the Calm Gentle Daily Moisturizer. Whenever I have a busy day on set, I take with me the Elizabeth Arden 8 Hour Cream which I apply on my face and lips before the make-up. Another beauty secret is the coconut oil; as it is so pure and natural, with no added nasty ingredients. It is fantastic for the skin.

Red carpet look: When I decide on my make-up for red carpet events, I believe it all comes down to my mood and, of course, the outfit I am wearing. I sometimes go for heavily defined smokey eyes with minimal, nude lips or there are times when I want to accentuate my lips with a bright red lipstick and I adopt a 1930’s wavy look.

Exciting news from Coronation Street: I will be very busy in the following few weeks, as I will be heavily involved in the live episode Coronation Street is doing in September!
