Bierkeller gets Spooktacular this Halloween

Halloween just wouldn’t be quite so spooktacular without a vampire’s eyeball and a few bloody fingers would it? That’s why mixolists and chefs at Manchester’s Bierkeller Entertainment Complex have created a couple of gruesome treats in honour of this Halloween
The complex, in The Printworks, is getting all dressed up for a frightful week from October 23 to 31. And alongside its regular menu, it will be serving special limited edition Halloween cocktails and hotdogs. Customers who dare will come face to face with a gory eyeball … bobbing on the top of their blood red Vampire Cocktail!
They can drink their way over to the dark side with a fiendish blend of Chambord, Absolut Blue and Galliano, topped with an eyeball – all for the devilish price of £6.66.
Staff will also be getting into the spirit of the scary celebrations, wearing Halloween costumes, and even the signature dogs have had a monstrous makeover – they’ve been transformed into bloody fingers in a bun, complete with lashings of dripping blood (or maybe it’s just tomato ketchup)
