I’m not sure if this track was in “Boogie Nights” maybe I imagined that but this song makes me sing every single time! it’s got such a good feeling to it!
Dancing In The Dark / Bruce Springsteen
This is a great americana 80’s classic! I didn’t get into Bruce until I was about 25 but now I’m a big fan. who can forget the video where Courtney Cox gets picked form the crowd to dance on stage with Bruce.
Smalltown Boy / Bronski Beat
Recently sampled by Brandon Flowers, this track is another 80’s massive hit. I love the early use of synth and programmed beats, especially the snare in this, it has such a haunting feeling but still makes you want to dance around!
Get Over Here ( Axwell Remix )
I heard this track a few years ago on radio 1. I used to be heavy into my house music and this one is a gem. the way it keeps building and building up to the chorus and then explodes.. It makes me smile every single time!!!!

I couldn’t do this list and not put on Mr Jackson. I feel like the collaberation between Michael and Quincy Jones is one of the greatest in modern history. two people in the right place, at the right time.. this track sums up that statement

To me, this is the best version of this song, the band is so tight it’s unbelieveble. I’m sure it constantly speeds up as well! it’s only one minute 50 seconds long, but that wants to make me listen to it even more!

This is my ringtone and i get major love for it haha. This track couldn’t be any more 80’s could it! The movie “Back To The Future” was a big part of my childhood and I think this song was a big reason why. I’m sure I could lip sync this very well!
