Ex-Islanders Chris & Kem have coupled up to launch the first ever delivery restaurant serving delicious cheese melts with Love Island messages.
As fans of the hit show will know, toast and toasties have been at the heart of many Love Island romances over the years.
Toast has been the medium of choice for everything from apologies and romantic declarations to winning over a new bombshell to arrive in the villa. Over time it has become the unofficial love language of the islanders.
Recognising that fans of the ITV2 programme have waited 18 months since the last instalment hit our screens, Just Eat has stepped in to satisfy cravings and make the return of Love Island that little bit tastier.
The food delivery app has teamed up with the pair – who featured in the 2017 series and won over the nation with their bromance – to offer cheese melts with famous Love Island phrases emblazoned on them.
Fans can order the toasties as a treat for themselves or send to a special someone, and choose from the following iconic sayings coined by Islanders:
1.‘My type on paper’ – to let your crush know you’ve got the hots for them
2. Loyal’ – for those whose heads won’t get turned in Casa Amor
3. ‘It is what it is’ – for when there’s nothing you can do about a situation
The limited edition cheese melts will be available for one night only on the evening of Monday 28th June to coincide with Love Island returning to our screens. Love Island devotees in Manchester, Birmingham and London and will be able to order from just £4.50.
