First artists announced for Love International 2020

The Croatian odyssey celebrates its 5th anniversary next summer and has since revealed its first wave of artists.
There will be some truly tantalising back-2-back sets, including a world’s first with Antal x Hunee x Palms Trax.
An intimate pine-shaded hideaway like no other, Love International will take place in Tisno returning once more to a beatific slice of paradise that’s nestled on the Dalmatian coastline.
It takes place from Wed 15th – Tues 21st July 2020, and the brand-new date will see a renewed focus on what has made Love International one of Europe’s last bastions of innovative and forward-thinking music festivals.
Taking in wild boat parties, lazy sun-kissed days, beautiful dawns breaking over Barbarella’s, slow-simmering Sunrise Sessions by the water’s edge and the exclusive Secret Island party to conclude the odyssey, it remains a heady mix of a holiday and festival as one.
The fifth season in Tisno will feature its most adventurous programming to date, with the ethos once more fashioned around the best and not the biggest, bringing together all the elements which have created such a revered experience.
Love International features a vibrant mix of DJs, producers and artists mixing it up with labels, collectives and showcases from around the world, all converging for a few days and nights of unparalleled escapism. Musically Love International is one of the region’s most diverse events, spanning house to techno to dub to Balearic, and uniquely during the weekend’s peak the festival runs 24 hours a day.
The first wave of headline names have been revealed and as part of the anniversary it features a series of specially curated back-2-back sessions which encapsulate the festival’s ethos. Playing together as a trio for the very first time, Antal b2b Hunee Trax b2b Palms Trax link up in a world’s first for what will be one of the most anticipated sets of the year. Further tantalising partnerships see Love International faves Shanti Celeste b2b Saoirse b2b Moxie b2b Peach teaming up, whilst Ben UFO and Craig Richards make a welcome return for one of their rare b2bs. Eris Drew and Octo Octa join up for a first time b2b in Tisno where they will share their celebration of love for each other through the music they play, whilst Studio Barnhus’ Axel Boman b2b Kornél Kovács b2b Pedrodollar offer a genre-blending set.
Further revered artists for the initial announcement converging include Khruangbin (DJ set), Midland, Avalon Emerson, Andrew Weatherall, Optimo, Crazy P Soundsystem, Gerd Janson, Haai, Horse Meat Disco, Paranoid London, Roman Flügel, DJ Tennis, Job Jobse, Orpheu The Wizard, Ivan Smagghe and Love Fingers.
The festival has a firm focus on new talent too, and they are proud to announce Body Hammer, Carista, Chaos in the CBD, Danielle, Elena Colombi, Nosedrip, Phunong Dan, Ross from friends (DJ set), Roza Terenzi, Yu Su and Project Pablo play for the first time. Plus there’s support from the returning Bruce b2b Hodge, Jonny Rock, Heidi Lawden and Budino.

Five years in the making has seen Love International continue to evolve into what we believe is the perfect mix of our festival and a holiday in a truly stunning coastal location.
