How to Love Yourself (Without Guilt)

In a world that often feels like your constantly being judged & nobody is truly happy with who they are, let’s get practicing some self acceptance.

In this article I’m going to share with you 10 Top Tips to help you love yourself more. Why? Because I want you to feel good! You deserve to feel good on the inside and you shouldn’t feel guilty about it.

It’s All About You!

  1. Stop Comparing yourself to others -If your following anybody on social media that’s making you feel self conscious then hit the unfollow button, unless it’s enhancing your life or creating positivity for you there is no point in following that person.
  2. Start allowing yourself to have fun, be silly, act daft, show your ego who’s boss -Whenever you get the opportunity to let your hair down, do! Its good for your soul and you deserve to be laughing and having fun just like everybody else.
  3. Start to become aware of your own self chatter -Unless your whispering into your own ear about how amazing you are, then we have a problem. Being really self critical & your own worst enemy is not where you want to be so, make friends with yourself & start saying nice things.
  4. Ditch those who bring you down -You cant expect to be around loads of negativity & have an amazing life so, fill your life with people who enhance it, not hinder it!
  5. Make space in your diary for some guilt free me time -You cannot keep saying you don’t have time, its up to you to make time. Spending some quality time doing things that will recharge your battery is a no brainer so, just do it!
  6. Learn to say no -You are not going to spontaneously combust so, just say it when you need to & remember, when you say no to others you say YES to yourself.
  7. Realise how unique you are -Instead of continuously feeling like your insignificant you need to open your eyes to the truth which is, your a completely unique individual with more to offer than you give yourself credit for.
  8. Learn to express yourself -Nobody is going to know how you think or feel if you don’t share it. So be brave & learn to express yourself. Remember, your not here to be like by everybody, nor do you need to be.
  9. No limiting yourself -It’s time to step out of your comfort zone, that’s where all the success is. No matter what your dreams and aspirations are so, stop limiting yourself and go chase those dreams!
  10. Dump 10 things that are keeping you in that unloving state -So whether its bad habits, the people your around or the environments you go in, get your thinking cap on as to what you can dump to make life a lot brighter and lighter.

I totally believe that if you take these simple steps it will not only have a positive effect overall but, your self worth & self esteem is set to rise the more you start to do what’s right for you.
