Bob Marley requested himself; “keep The Wailers together, by doing that you keep me alive through the music.”

After 36 years that marks the death of Bob Marley, from March, The Wailers will be commencing a UK headline tour first touching down in Newcastle on March, 2nd and hitting the Manchester Academy on March, 9th.

Promising to play live THE ENTIRETY of the infamous Legend album, we can expect to hear greatest hits from Jammin’ to Shot the Sheriff.

Performing over 14 dates around the UK biggest cities, The Wailers will have original members in it’s line -up including Junior Marvin and Donald Kinsey and also stars nephew of infamous bassist and founder, Aston “Familyman” Barrett, Aston Barrett Jr on drums in-keeping family ties and continuing the legacy.

Lead singer, Joshua David Barrett is a current practicing Rastafarian and plans to keep on spreading Marley’s strong message of Jah love and unity throughout his continuous engagement with their fans and overall performance.

The creativity and renowned production has led to Bob Marley & The Wailers selling more than 100 million records as well as “One Love” being named Song of the Millennium in 1999 by the BBC. Also being listed as number 4 of the “50 Greatest Bands of All Times” by Spin Magazine. Continuing on Marley’s message of Jah love and unity, The Wailers continue to create an impact on audiences around the globe and be named a gig to be on the ‘bucket list’.
