For the older children, the mini traditional Afternoon Tea is for the more mature palette, the selection includes the savoury classics but with a contemporary twist. There will be roast beef filled Yorkshire pudding with horseradish cream, wild mushroom, chicken and tarragon tartlets and Lancaster London’s smoked salmon sandwiches. For dessert, the bigger kids can enjoy nostalgic candy inspire sweet treats such as white chocolate truffle and raspberry lolly pops with popping candy, mini passion fruit and raspberry macaroons and a caramel & hazelnut tranche.
