If you are wondering how the selection process works, there is a series of stages. After selecting a number of destinations, they are then shortlisted by a panel of in-house travel experts.

The primary aim is to encourage travellers to visit before the crowds do, explore the overlooked and underrated and appreciate the incredible world we live in.
