On the ball Manchester City have launched an Easter Egg hunt for footie fans to keep kids and let’s admit it, adults, entertained over the school-break and Bank Holiday.

This week, three giant eggs, branded in City blue and featuring the club crest, are being hidden in various locations in and around Manchester.

Fans will be given clues as to the whereabouts of the eggs and encouraged to seek out their locations, snap a selfie and #CityEggHunt on Twitter for the chance to win exclusive City prizes.

From free souvenir photos on the Etihad Stadium tour, to a shirt signed by a first team player;  there will be many prizes up for grabs.

For those looking to join in the action, Viva has the first set of clues below.

  1. Looking at football’s past, present and future, this museum’s where you’d head for an unforgettable day out.

2. With the market as this location’s backdrop, this egg is down where junior fans will shop

3. This giant blue egg helps you to win a Manchester City prize, but Egg number three can be found where the Women’s team play and not just the guys.

Fans are encouraged to check in with Manchester City’s social channels @mancity and @mancityhelp for clues in the coming days.
