| 12th February 2018
Coronation Street star Brooke Vincent is in the semi-finals of Dancing on Ice – gaining her highest ever score with 30 marks on Sunday night – despite having never skated before the show.
Brooke, 25, who plays Sophie Webster, wowed the judges in the quarter final with her Alice in Wonderland routine alongside the Mad Hatter to Little Mix’s Black Magic.
Weather presenter Alex Beresford became the eighth celebrity eliminated from Dancing on Ice, sent home afterskate-off with Love Island winner Kem Cetinay.
Brooke will be competing on Sunday 4 March against Kem, rugby player Max Evans and reality TV star Jake Quickenden, who again topped the leader board. But then she has the support of her beautiful god-daughters…

Brooke’s popularity on the famous all-star show has grown since the first two weeks of the season, where she received some harsh criticism for being “too shaky” in her performance of Get Lucky. She also came under scrutiny for looking “bored” during her performances.
Yet, Manchester’s own actress reminded fans of her strong work ethic and how hard she has been trying to impress audiences on the show despite her earlier criticisms;
