Miller & Carter Steakhouse has opened a new look steakhouse creating 50 jobs for the area, on Fold Way in Ashton.
The company says, the new Miller & Carter Ashton means guests can enjoy carefully sourced beef in stunning surroundings, with stylish dining areas and bold colours.
The restaurant seats over 180 in a mix of bar and restaurant covers, with an additional external terraced seating area.
Awarded with the ‘The Masters of Steak’ award from the Craft Guild of Chefs, their beef is a labour of love.
Visitors to the new Miller & Carter Ashton can enjoy prime 30 day aged British and Irish steak dishes all carefully reared, butchered and cooked to guests exacting standards.
There are 14 fantastic steak cuts to choose from: including a Cote de Boeuf 28oz sharing steak, Surf & Turf Fillet 8oz, and award-winning Sirloin 8oz.
There are plenty of other indulgent dining options for guests to enjoy. Diners can start their visit with a selection of starters including Box-Baked Camembert or Salt and Pepper Calamari. Enjoy a delicious main from Miller & Carter’s award-winning steak experience or try their 30 Day Aged Prime Steak Burgers.
Guests can complement their meal with an array of expertly mixed cocktails or decadent desserts, including a Gigantic Chocolate Fudge Cake.

“All our prime British & Irish steaks are aged for a minimum of 30 days, using wet and dry techniques for the optimum succulence.
“We’re extremely selective to ensure we’re able to deliver the steak experience that truly exceed expectations. All our farms are assured to Red Tractor or Bord Bia Sustainable Beef Assurance Schemes.”
