The original group consisted of Bon Harris, Douglas McCarthy and David Gooday, who met at school in their teens in Essex. Early singles ‘Warsaw Ghetto’, ‘Let Your Body Learn’ and ‘Murderous’ were followed by the release of their first album That Total Age in 1988. They gained a global following, not least because their Mute Records label-mates, Depeche Mode, took them under their wing.

The two Nine Inch Nails shows follow two critically-acclaimed back-to-back Sessions from My Chemical Romance last month (May 2022) and a performance from Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds on Wednesday (June 15).
Still to play at this year’s Eden Sessions are Diana Ross (June 21), Bryan Adams (June 29), and Stereophonics (July 5).
