Say Hello To Neoneutral With The NARS Christopher Kane Collection

Here at VIVA HQ we were thrilled to hear that two of our most-loved fashion and beauty favourites were set to collaborate in the form of Nars and Christopher Kane, and after trying out the exclusive collection at Selfridges Trafford Centre we were not disappointed.

A long overdue pairing, (Nars are responsible for Christopher Kane’s iconic beauty looks at London Fashion Week), the NARS Christopher Kane collection boasts a four product range of Neoneutral pieces. NARS Make-up Stylist Benoit Dumont explained that the idea behind the collaboration “was to use Christopher Kane’s unique neons to create a soft and wearable looks for this season.” Featuring duo eye shadows, blush, lip glosses and an illuminating multiple stick, the range is inspired by the bright neon bursts of colour that iconic British fashion Christopher Kane is famous for.

The introduction of neon into your beauty regime may be a little daunting even for the most fearless beauty lovers among us, but the Neoneutral range consists of a selection of shocking neon pieces which adapt to perfectly compliment any complexion making for an incredibly wearable and subtle pop of colour.

NARS Christopher Kane Duo Eye Shadow in Parallel Universe, £25

The Parallel Universe eye shadow duo is the same highly pigmented, longwearing and crease resistant formula that we’ve grown to expect from the geniuses at Nars, in a beautiful pairing of delicate nude and frosty lilac hues. The colour glides on effortlessly and blends for a smooth, even finish that can be as subtle or a smouldering as you desire, all whilst promising to avoid that dreaded creased look.

Nars Christopher Kane Blush in Silent Nude and Starscape, £23

The two blush offerings of the Neoneutral collection are the delicately beautiful silent nude, which is the perfect flush of soft colour, whilst doubling up as a contour product and Starscape, a bold pink that blends beautiful for a wearable pop of colour for the cheeks.

NARS Christopher Kane Lip Gloss in Glow Pink, Mezmer, Nebulous and Nucleus, £19

The lip glosses work as a subtle lip stain that tints your put with a glossy splash of juicy colour for a long-lasting smooth splash of colour.

NARS Christopher Kane Illuminating Multiple in Violet Atom, £29

The brands iconic best selling multiple stick has also undergone a makeover at the hands of Christopher Kane. Violet Atom boasts the same dewy, blendable formula of cult favourites such as ‘Orgasm’ but is a shimmery lilac tone that seamlessly highlights the cheekbones, brow arch and cupids bow.
