Sean Paul headlines SpeedMachine festival at Silverstone

Thousands of people attended the world-renowned Silverstone track for this year’s SpeedMachine Festival, a two-day event incorporating adrenaline fuelled racing and music performances from the likes of Sean Paul, Faithless and Oxide and Neutrino.

 

Back bigger and better for 2019, the high-octane festival also hosts the Dayinsure FIA World Rallycross of Great Britain and offered those who enjoy motorsports, first-class entertainment and mouth-watering food vendors, making for the perfect Bank Holiday experience.

 

This year award-winning artist, Sean Paul performed live on the mainstage with hits including TemperatureGet Busy and more recently, Body, No Lie, Mad Love. Alongside him were performances from Faithless, Oxide & Neutrino Duke and DJ BBQ.

 

Festival goers also had the opportunity to experience the legendary Silverstone’s racetrack in the form of extreme passenger rides reaching speeds of up to 120Mph.

 

There were also interactive activities taking place throughout the weekend, from virtual eSports & RC racing, on track demos, drifting and driving spectacles with Formula G, DiRT Rally 2.0, HPIRC Racing, Prodrift and Autosolo.

 

The festival isn’t just about the racing and music, there was also an extensive variety of street food to satisfy foodie lovers.

 

This year vendors from across the globe including DJ BBQ, Made of Dough, Le Swine, Flapjackery & Paelleria plus others showcased their finest cuisine throughout the weekend.
