Selfridges Trafford presents five days of family fun with its own festival

Selfridges Trafford are inviting families to feel the spirit of summer at their Pic & Mix festival, five days of fantastic family fun from 29th August to 2nd September 2018.
The packed line-up includes a chance to meet Catboy and Owlette from PJ Masks, become your favourite L.O.L. Surprise character, learn circu skills, dance in a silent disco, take part in baby sensory classes and family photo sessions – plus face painting, glitter hair braiding, Nikelodeon Slime workshops and much more.

- Meet Catboy and Owlette from PJ Masks, Wednesday 29th August
Ever wanted to meet your heroes? The night-time superhero duo Catboy and Owlette will be appearing at intervals throughout the day so little shoppers can come along, meet their favourite character and snap some pictures of this extraordinary encounter.

- The Circus House, Thursday 30th August
Presented in partnership with The Lowry, families are invited to get together and learn from the experts at The Circus House. Learn how to master circus skills such as juggling, diablo and plate spinning. You can also book your family Acrobalance session where you will be able to learn some fun family balances and human pyramid style tricks.
- Rave-a-Roo Silent Disco, Friday 31st August
Stepping out of its legendary Ministry of Sound home in London, Rave-a-Roo will be presenting the ultimate family silent disco experience in store. Hosted by Rave-a-Roo Jungle Jane, families can show off their best dance moves before a spectacular confetti finale. Tickets are £10 and are fully redeemable against a purchase in Kids & Toys on the day.
- Baby Sensory Experience, Friday 31st August
Bring along the little ones for a morning of fun experiences to aid your child’s sensory development, from incredible sights, to spectacular singing and dancing.

- Fashion Family Portrait, Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd September
Show off your impeccable fashion sense while getting your family portrait snapped against an interactive backdrop, made even better by the fabulous selection of fashionable props. Frame this occasion as you walk away with three digital and printed copies.

- Dress like a L.O.L. Surprise, Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd September
The UK’s number one collectible, L.O.L. Surprise will be making an appearance in store on Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 6pm. Families can immerse themselves in the world of L.O.L. Surprise, where fans will be able to transform into their very own L.O.L. Surprise character and enjoy themed activities.
Tickets are FREE but booking is essential.
