Summer beauty collections are around the corner, and so is Tom Ford’s latest collection for 2017, Soleil.

 

When releasing new collections, Tom Ford’s lavish make-up is notorious for sending the Internet into frenzy… and 2017 won’t be an exception. The Spring/Summer collection boasts bright coloured pigments, intense highlighters, summery fragrances and light bronzers.

 

VIVA magazines went to take a look at the new products that are launching later this month on the 28^th of April, and picked out a few summer essential favourites…

 

 

The Ultimate Bronzer

Introducing an unlikely bronzer formula, the ultimate bronzer combines powder and cream based pigments to create a bronzer that glides on the skin. With an option of three different shades, finishes can range from a velvet matte to a golden shimmer, which certainly gives off that summery glow.

 

Soleil Bronzing Brush

The Soleil Bronzing Brush can’t go without a mention. For those hotter summer months, it’s a lovely feeling to be able to top your make-up up whilst on the go or travelling, and Tom Ford have released a bronzing brush that is perfectly compact and travel efficient. Also retractable, the brush will stay hygienic in a handbag and is a brilliant size for when you’re out and about.

 

Sheer Highlighting Duo

Inspired by the sunrise and the sunset, this highlighting duo is truly beautiful. With immense shimmering pigmentation, the duo has similarities to the ultimate bronzer; achieving a radiant summery glow without even leaving the house.

 

Clutch Size Lip Balm

It’s just as important to keep your lips hydrated in summer as it is in the cold winter months, and what better way to keep them moisturized than with Tom Ford’s limited edition and first ever lip balm. Without a doubt, the product is highly pigmented and comes in six different shades. A personal favourite of the shades is L’Odissea, which is a light, almost coral colour that glides onto the lips with ease.

 

Cream and Powder Eye Colour

A personal favourite of the Soleil Summer 2017 collection, the two-tiered eye shadow pair comes with a cream based and powdered eye shadow. The product is really quick and easy to use- with no brushes needed. The cream can simply be applied with fingers for a daytime look, and can quickly be converted into a nighttime look by adding the shimmer powder over the top. The shimmer powder also opens the eyes if applied to the inner corners.
