Why you should stay with Mansley Serviced Apartments

No.1 The Mansions, Earls Court Rd, London

The luxury serviced apartments in Kensington were spacious and pleasantly modern, they welcomed you with a sense of charm and character however still kept the original concept of the nineteenth century built mansions.

With only a five-minute walk to the Earls Court tube station that gave you access to Piccadilly and District lines, it was an excellent location to travel around London.

Surrounding the Kensington area were numerous cafes and restaurants that would cater for all needs or budgets, and if not you had the choice of cooking your favourite dish in your own fully equipped kitchen.

The bathroom was stocked with plenty of fresh cotton towels and looked newly refurbished with a luxurious shower and bath. It also had plenty of storage space to unpack your essentials which was useful.

After a long day, it was nice to come back and feel at home, as the apartment came fully equipped with all your needs and offered digital television on a flat-screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi. This was perfect if you wanted to simply sit back and relax in a spacious and comfortable lounge.

The design of the apartments and furniture seemed a little old-fashioned, however, I didn’t mind because it brought a charming atmosphere that felt homely. With such a large space that still felt cosy it was perfect to kick back and relax, which would be great if you were on a a family vacation or with a large group of friends.

Main Lounge

At night, the building was quiet and you could barely hear the sounds of London below, allowing for a relaxing sleep till morning. The bed was very comfortable with what felt like satin soft sheets hugging you until you fell asleep!

With its spacious layout, the apartment gave us a sense of freedom, unlike a hotel room would, and with staff not working on a 24-hour basis, it truly felt like our own home where we could go out and do as we pleased.

The staff were really friendly and welcoming and gave us a map of our surroundings. When we arrived they took us to our apartment by going up an old elevator that looked as if it was from the 19th century. This was fascinating as I had never seen an old-fashioned elevator before and it complimented the character of the building.

All in all, I highly recommend The Mansions by Mansley as it offered a nineteenth century charm but with a spacious and modern twist, which offered a cosy and peaceful environment. With this combined, it allowed you to escape from the buzz of the city into a comfortable and relaxing home.

Mansley Serviced Apartments also have locations in Mayfair, Cheltenham, Edinburgh and Inverness.
