BLVD (Boulevard) Manchester opened it’s door last week with an unforgettable launch party, and now they’re offering 50% off food to showcase their menu until Friday 6th December as they welcome in the crowds.
By day, the modern and stylish dining room serves a tantalising food menu, taking inspiration from the New York meatpacking district, with a collection of fresh food from all around the world.
Start with picking from elegant small plate dishes, including the BLVD signature ogura and green tea loaf, oysters (gin and tonic, spicy or ponzu), chicken bang tang dressed with lime and coriander and vegetable tempura to name a few. *HINT: try the oysters! You won’t regret it.
For the main event, get your hands on lobster dan dan with brown butter truffle foam, or maybe the miso marinated black cod with ginger soubise and crispy quinoa might take your fancy. Whatever you go for, you won’t be disappointed.
For dessert, there’s a grand display of sweet treats including warm chocolate and peanut butter skillet brownie, rain cake 2 ways with raspberry, matcha and brown sugar syrup, cloudy cheesecake with strawberry and candy floss and the show-stopping marshmallow campfire with meringue, chocolate and open flames.
Of course, by night BLVD turns into a hot spot for the city’s party crowds and with their array of signature and classic cocktails, fine wines, spirits and beers the revellers will always be in for a good night.
