Following the closure of their beloved club in Beehive Mill in Ancoats in January 2017, the event has been without a home in our spiritual city. ?

The Sankeys25 tour will come to an end this Saturday in Manchester at Bowlers Exhibition Centre with a four-stage festival.

More than 20 artists will play across 18-hours. Not only will this event be the last in the leg of the tour, they will also be winding down events in Manchester for the foreseeable future. ?

Following the recent closure of Sankeys Ibiza and the dramatic changes to Manchester’s clubbing landscape in the last five years, organisers feel now is the right time to close the door on Sankeys in Manchester, and what better way with their own festival and biggest ever event!

The team at Sankeys, said: “We would like to thank every single raver and all Sankeys staff who contributed to the legacy of the club and brand over the last 25 years. We hope to see you all for one last dance this Saturday.”?

Long established as one of the key ambassadors of the UK and global clubbing scene, Sankeys has come from humble beginnings. Starting life as Sankeys Soap back in 1994, it has won a place in the hearts of clubbers all over the world for it’s gritty, no frills set up, placing the music and party revellers at the forefront of it’s agenda.
