VIVA In Ibiza: Where to party hard at the weekend on the White Isle in 2019

It wouldn’t be summer without the VIVA giving you the low down on where to party on the White Isle of the Balearics.

 

If you’re contemplating heading to the island of dreams where the partying never stops, or if you’ve already booked your seat on a plane and can’t wait for a slice of the action, then our round up of iconic party experiences for a weekend blow out in Ibiza in 2019 is a must read and a must do.

 

 

We touched down early on a Thursday morning and couldn’t wait for an ice cold glass of Cava.

 

After all the important stuff, like deciding what to wear as well as making some important decisions about what to eat and drink in Ibiza, it was time to hit the pool. The one at O Beach Ibiza of course!  Girls, get your kimonos out and boys, throw on those shades because this is the perfect day party in the sunshine. 

 

 

The sun never sets on the party but it does over the San Antonio horizon, and there’s no where better to watch it than at Cafe Mambo.

 

Iconic DJs set the mood for the evening as diners enjoy the great food and boozy cocktails, which compliment the ambience like you wouldn’t believe.

 

The famous Cafe Mambo and sister brand Savannah are what can only be described as island institutions in Ibiza, so if you’re over that side of the island, you have to go!

 

 

If you’re the kind of raver that revels in a pre-party, and waiting for the clock to strike midnight, or for the club doors to open simply isn’t an option then look no further than Tantra.

 

This gem is only 100m from Hi and ANTS at Ushuaîa making it the perfect spot for drinks, and people watching before you dance till dawn. 

 

If you can’t be crazy in Ibiza, then where can you be? The firmly established B!Crazy is a beautiful place to party and will be right at the HEART of your weekend with dazzling, unique musical experience every Friday night. If you’re an Ibiza veteran, this is the place for you. 

 

 

If you’re heading over to Playa den Bossa then nothing says Ibiza like partying from dusk till dawn, and on a Friday night there’s no where else to be other than Hi.

 

The stage has hosted some of the world’s biggest names and every Friday throughout summer is no different with David Guetta taking centre stage of his very own F*ck Me I’m Famous.

 

 

VIVA loves Hi Ibiza just for the toilet rave alone (there’s a DJ booth in the middle of the loos) and one of our favourite nights is Glitterbox. The most flamboyant and campest of raves that there ever was.

 

The vibe is wonderful and inclusive celebrating the glory days of disco and dance and the whole LBGT soundtrack that went with it. It’s the night you can go to town and don your rainbow colours with pride as well as glitter obviously. There’s wonderful dancers, top DJs and a whole lot a fun not to be missed which VIVA adored when we went.

 

So wherever you’re staying on the island, there is always somewhere to drink, dine, dance and of course sunbathe. We’re counting down the days until we head back to do it all over again for the closing parties!
